Steps followed by PhD student to upload the report :

Connect with your main email associated with your login ADUM and modify you password.

To update password : https://portal.sciencesconf.org/user/lost

Select ‘My space - My submitted projects’

In the window ‘new project’, click on ‘Submit the project’

You must follow 4 successive steps :

1. Metadata : Title : ‘CSI-D2’+your name, Topic : select your ADUM number  (if you do not find it, contact dir-edmadis@univ-lille.fr).
2. Author (s) : And your research unit or MADIS as affiliation and your country. 
3. File (s) : To upload your report, click on ‘choisir le fichier’, then  ‘Upload’. Your PDF file must be in the list. Do not add Supplementary data.
4. Overview : check that your ADUM number is in ‘topics’, then click on  ‘Submit/Save’.

• You receive a confirmation email .
• Only one PDF file can be uploaded, but you can modify it.
